Big Chip Shortlist published

This year's Big Chip shortlist was announced on 22 April 2010. Sixty entries from over 40 entrants were shortlisted.

With more entries for Big Chip than ever before - and what appear to be ever rising standards - the judges seem to be getting stricter. Not only did they only shortlist one entry in two of the categories, they refused to shortlist anything at all in one (the Big Green Chip award) even though there had been plenty of entries.

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on 10 June - cunningly scheduled to avoid the world cup mania that starts the next day.
